5 stars, no hesitation. My front splash guard had come loose and was dragging on the pavement to the point where I couldn't safely drive the car. I showed up at Satto Tires and Service not knowing what to expect, and they took care of me right away. They got it up on the lift, took a look, and removed the panel quickly and cleanly. No waiting around, no upselling me on things I didn't need, just a fast fix that got me back on the road. They explained what was going on with it so I knew exactly what I was dealing with. It's a relief to find a shop that treats a small problem like a small problem. Honest, fast, and easy to deal with. I'll be back for tires and anything else my car needs. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. They opened right on time, which I really appreciated. The general manager, Erick, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain all of the warning lights and signals my car was showing, since I had no idea what they meant. He made everything easy to understand and answered all of my questions. They also completed my oil change quickly without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest, fast, and excellent customer service!

I had a great experience getting my tires changed here! The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. During the tire change, the team found a nail in one of my other tires and took care of it right away with no hassle. Everyone was friendly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find a place that combines great pricing with fast, quality service, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend them for any tire needs!
